LEE-LO Background

Talofa (Hello) island babes!

My name is Celine Lee-Lo. I come from two loving parents who are from the villages of Vailele, Falealili, Lepea, and Salemoa in the beautiful island of Samoa. The two relocated to New Zealand to start our family with my eldest sister. Then years later, moved to California, United States where later my brother and I would be born and where we remain today. Depending on where you live in California, you may or may not see Pacific Islander/Polynesian representation. There were always less than 10 of us in every school I attended. I’ve always knew that being Polynesian was special and representation is everything.

This brand comes from a deep appreciation for the Polynesian community and the culture that has shaped my life. I’ve witnessed my parents operate a Polynesian market and restaurant for nearly ten years. Seeing the way they connect with our community and share our culture with others has been incredibly meaningful to me.

For LEE-LO, I hope to bring more representation to our beautiful Pacific Islands and share the pride of our culture with the world. LEE-LO is made for everyone! I believe in sharing the love with people of all backgrounds, shapes, and sizes. Stay tuned for upcoming island collections, loves! I have something special in store for you all. 🌺
